RETURNS
We accept hassle-free returns within 48 hours of receiving your item. Verify that the item is brand-new, sealed, and still has all of its tags and packaging on it.
1. Don't open any packages that seem to have been opened or tampered with. If at all possible, kindly inform us as soon as possible by phoning +91 9818098763 / 8287642150 or sending an email to iconeinformaticsolutionspvtltd@gmail.com.
2. Avoid opening the product's seal if you have any doubts regarding its legitimacy.
3. Once the product seal has been broken, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
4. It is not possible to return items purchased during a clearance sale.
REFUND
Within (2) two business days of receiving and approving your refund request, we will begin the refund processing.
It is expected that your refund will be credited to the account that was used to pay for your order within five to seven(5-7) days of the request being made. Please be advised that the timing of the actual account credit (for checks) is affected by a number of third entities, such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers.
For both canceled orders and returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, unsuitable sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the original account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to execute the transaction.
