CANCELLATION  

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation : You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Simply log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the order you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team, who will assist you with the cancellation process promptly.  

Post-Dispatch Cancellation : If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can still return the item following our return policy once it has been delivered.  

NON - CANCELLATION POLICY 

Customized Products : Personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as these products are made to your specifications.  

Final Sale Items : Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for cancellation or return.
